Fully CNC-Machined Radial Brake Master Cylinder.

Our workshop produces every metal component of the brake master cylinder, including levers, using our Brother and Star CNC machines. We craft these parts from solid 6082-T6 aluminum billets.

The machining process for each radial master cylinder body requires one hour to meticulously remove material to meet our precise specifications, with the bore size being automatically measured during the cycle.

Each brake master cylinder is carefully hand-finished and assembled. It includes our innovative lever design, which offers three adjustable ratios. The lever is designed with a pill-shaped hole that accommodates one of two plugs. Inserting the first plug, which has an offset hole closest to the master cylinder, sets the lever to a -1 ratio. Rotating this plug by 180 degrees changes the ratio to +1. Using a second plug with a central hole achieves a neutral 1:1 ratio.

With the 19mm radial master cylinder, you can achieve ratios of 18/19, 19/19, and 20/19 using just one lever and two inserts.
